Melancholy ships both within Serbia and worldwide.
° Serbia °
- Free delivery within Belgrade.
- Orders outside Belgrade are shipped via Pošta Srbije.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
° International Shipping °
Worldwide shipping is available.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected shipping method and destination country.
Estimated delivery time:
7–21 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
° Order Processing °
Each piece is carefully handcrafted or finished by hand in Belgrade, Serbia.
Please allow 3–10 business days for order preparation before shipment, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
° Incorrect Shipping Information °
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Melancholy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
° Lost or Damaged Packages °
If your order arrives damaged or if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the package or item if applicable.
