All orders are prepared and shipped from Belgrade, Serbia.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary for made-to-order or custom pieces.

Shipping within Serbia

Delivery is available within Serbia. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

International shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Estimated international delivery time is usually 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, postal service and customs processing.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tracking

Incorrect address
