About MELANCHOLY
MELANCHOLY is an independent jewelry brand based in Belgrade, Serbia. The store offers handmade and small-batch jewelry and related products.
Products
We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Because many pieces are handmade and individually finished, slight variations in shape, texture, finish or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Product availability is subject to change. One-of-a-kind items are available only while in stock.
Prices and payment
Product prices are displayed on the website in the indicated currency. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed or, where applicable, another available payment method has been agreed upon.
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be refunded.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Serbia. Shipping availability, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges depend on the destination.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, postal services or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds

Custom orders
Custom-made, personalized, altered or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All original jewelry designs, photographs, artwork, text and other original content displayed on this website belong to MELANCHOLY unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MELANCHOLY is not responsible for indirect losses or delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
