Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at labmelancholy@gmail.com before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Custom and personalized items

Custom-made, personalized, altered or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or other charges paid to local authorities are not refundable by MELANCHOLY.
