OMEN ring

Some ideas have to wait for the right moment to become real.

OMEN existed as a pencil sketch in my notebook for months — an unfinished thought waiting for something I couldn’t yet name.

Then I found this amethyst on my first journey to Japan.

It felt as if the missing piece of the drawing had finally appeared.
A stone found far from home became the reason an old sketch could finally leave the page.

Perhaps some things don’t happen by accident.
Perhaps they are omens.
